Join us for a discussion about entrepreneurship and policy-making with American expert Kate McCrery! This talk will examine social entrepreneurship on the local, regional, national, and international basis. Audience participation is very much encouraged--bring a question!

Kate McCrery is the Program Manager for Loyola University's Center for Entrepreneurship and Community Development and an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Marketing in the College of Business. Originally hailing from the New Orleans area, Kate worked with Echoing Green, the New York City-based social entrepreneurship incubator, produced a TEDx event at Columbia University, and has served as a consultant to USAID and UNICEF projects in Pakistan, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Mongolia, and Korea. Kate was previously Global Communications Director for Village Capital, a Washington DC-based impact investment fund and accelerator program for entrepreneurs interested in solving social issues. Kate received her BA from Wesleyan University and graduated from Columbia University with an MA in international educational development.
